You are entitled to return goods bought from our store within 2 weeks following receipt, by reshipping the goods. Please note: Return goods in reasonable condition and repacked in their original packing, by sending them as an insured parcel. For goods that can not be sent by parcel service, you can request a pick-up order from us by email, or phone. The goods will then be picked up by a delivery service.
We will reimburse the price of the item as soon as we have received it.

Return Rights
Customers can return received merchandise within 14 days without any reason by shipping the goods back. The time period starts upon receipt of this policy in written form, i.e. letter, fax or e-mail, but not before the delivery of merchandise to the recipient. (by the recurring shipment of identical articles, not before the delivery of the first part of the order) and also not prior to the fulfillment of the requirements to provide information according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1, Paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB(Introductory Statute of the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations according to § 312e Paragraph 1, Section 1 BGB(German Civil Code) in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB (Introductory Statute of the German Civil Code).
Only by non-shippable merchandise (i.e. bulky or cumbersome goods) can the customer fulfill the requirements of return request in a written text. The shipment of the goods or the written text during the time period suffices. The costs and risks of the return of merchandise is our responsibility. Return Payments
In case of a legitimate return, any payments, goods, or services provided by either side are to be returned and compensation made for any benefits derived (e.g. benefits of use).
By damage to the merchandise, compensation for the lost value can be expected. This does not apply when the damages to the merchandise are proven to be the result of something excluded, similar to what is possible in a retail store. Commonly, customers can reduce the possibility of damage compensation demands by not treating the merchandise like a personal possession and by avoiding all actions that could adversely affect the value of the merchandise. Repayment is to follow within a 30-day period. The time period begins for the customer with the shipment of the merchandise or the return request and for us with its receipt.

These rights do not apply to merchandise delivery contracts for goods customized to customer specifications or that are individually-tailored to personal requirements or are not suitable for return shipment due to their characteristics or are quickly perishable or have passed their expiration date.
