Pendant made out of tights, ring for juggling, E27 socket and cable, low energy bulb, opt. felt or other deco materials
Cut off tights' legs, put juggling ring into waist band. Fix tights by tucking it in into the socket, connect with cable. Optionally you can cut out felt flowers and stick it on the lamp shade.
